Our Jewelry Warranty

Our comprehensive jewelry warranty exclusively covers manufacturing and artisanal defects for up to one (1) year from the date of delivery. General wear and tear, accidental damage, or third-party alterations are excluded.

What's Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery — including a stone that becomes loose due to a setting fault, or a clasp or catch that fails under normal use — are covered at no charge for repair or, at our discretion, replacement.

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear, including surface scratches, thinning prongs, or worn finishes from everyday use.
• Accidental damage, including impact, loss of a stone from a known knock, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Alterations, repairs, or resizing performed by a jeweller outside Luce Brillanté.
