We want you to love your piece completely. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility

Eligible ready-made pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original, unaltered condition. Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or resized pieces are final sale, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Original Packaging

Pieces eligible for return must be returned in their original, unaltered luxury packaging, including any outer box, inner case, pouch, and accompanying documentation or certification. Returns received without original packaging may be declined or subject to a restocking assessment.

Security & Merchandise Tags

Items with security or merchandise tags removed or tampered with are strictly ineligible for return or exchange. Please do not remove any tag until you are certain of your selection.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at sales@lucebrillantejewelry.com before shipping anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for a secure, insured return shipment.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
